• Processing time: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery time: tracked shipping, 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping cost: 4.99 in your local currency for one plush, free on 2 or more.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import duties

Import duties and taxes are included in our prices. You will not pay any extra fee on delivery.

Christmas delivery

Check the order-by date shown on our product pages to receive your order before Christmas.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, email us at support@plushwarm.com and we will resend it or refund you.
